| 2.03 | August 30, 2018 | Minor errors corrected. | Section 7.2 and Glossary: “Proclamation Act” and “Act of Proclamation” corrected to “Royal Proclamation.” Proclamation Act is incorrect because it wasn’t a piece of legislation, but a decree. It fell under royal prerogative, so it is just a proclamation by the king.
